This bag is carry-on compliant with most major airlines, even though the dimensions may not be within limits.
When designing our bags, we design for optimal proportions and desired carry traits. While we do consider airline luggage dimension rules, we don’t strictly adhere to them because soft luggage is malleable.
For one, they all vary depending on who you’re flying with. Two, airline rules are meant to ensure bags fit into the overhead bins and under your seat on their aircraft, and as long as your soft luggage is close enough to their dimensions it will fit within the luggage size tester and the overhead bins. In our experience, airlines rarely check or measure soft luggage, and if you’ve packed the bag normally (meaning not too overstuffed), it will fit.
As they say, your mileage may vary, but our team has traveled on hundreds of flights with our largest 50L bags (technically way over the carry-on limit), and we’ve never had a problem. If you ever do have an issue we’d love to hear about it. Happy travels!

Had to leave for a trip and my other bag wasn't going to arrive on time. I was able to pack 5 pairs of t-shirts, 2 pairs of long sleeve dress shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of pants, 6 pairs of underwear, 5 pairs of socks, and 1 pair of shoes.
Glad I bought this and immediate delivery for this bag was available!

This duffel has exceeded all my expectations. I can do a multi-day trip as well as pack for myself and my small grandson with each of us having our own section of the duffel. The ability to get into the main compartments by using the top zipper is fantastic because I don’t have to unzip the entire duffel just to grab an item. The organization pockets are great because they are the perfect size without being confusing as to where I’m putting everyday carry items. I don’t know why I waited so long to purchase this as it’s now my first choice in travel duffels.

I am absolutely in love with my Pakt One Travel Duffel. It was the solution for me to streamline travels. My checked suitcase is actually a carry on size, and my beautiful Pakt One Travel Duffel is now my carry on. It is so easy to pack and to access what you need quickly. The multiple pockets and all of the little features make this bag worth every penny. I purchased the 35L in black, and while it does attract a bit of lint, I don't find it to be as much of a magnet as others have indicated. I imagine this is less noticeable on the other colors, so if slightest bit of lint does drive you nuts I guess just keep that in mind with your color selection.

The Pakt One is not completely waterproof, but the materials are treated with a PFC-free DWR (durable water resistant) coating
We have used the Pakt One as a personal item on Spirit (and other airlines that charge for carry-ons) when it’s packed lightly. A fully stuffed Pakt One may not fit within their maximum personal item size limit.
