Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped according to the delivery method selected at checkout.

Our shipping facility is open from 9am - 5pm ET, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5 pm, over the weekend, or on a holiday, will ship the next business day. 

We ship to over 40 countries across the world. You can see the full list of countries we ship to here.

Pakt products are primarily sold online. We’re hoping to expand into physical retail stores in the future. 

If you're in New York City, B&H Photo does have select products for purchase.

Any unused products are eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. A $15 processing fee will be applied to the order. Closeout and pre-traveled gear are final sale items and not eligible for return.

Returns will be processed as received and refunds should be issued within 1 week of Pakt receiving the item.

Yes, you can make an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To start an exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to initiate the exchange process.

If an item is out of stock, it's likely in a production phase and will be back soon!

On the product page, there will be a notification button, where you can sign up to be one of the first to purchase the newly restocked item.

Updates will be sent periodically as your item completes production. Below the button is the estimated timeframe of when the item will be available. 

All Pakt bags and accessories come with a long-term product warranty. This covers manufacturing and hardware defects that impact the functionality of the bag. Normal wear and tear from everyday use is not covered.
