Every worker at our Fair Trade Certified Factory is paid fair wages, along with access to benefits like social security and paid leave. This isn’t just about a paycheck—it’s about building a sustainable future for workers and their families.

Workers have a direct voice in their workplace through union rights and democratic decision-making. They’re not just part of the process—they shape it.
Safe & Respectful Working Conditions

Fair Trade Premiums
We contribute additional premiums to the Fair Trade Certified Factory, which workers themselves decide how to allocate. These funds help support projects like education, healthcare, and infrastructure improvements that benefit their communities.
Behind the scenes at our fabric mills
We wanted to raise the bar by going beyond just vetting production facilities. We’re also verifying the working standards of our fabric mill partners.
In November of 2024, we had the opportunity to visit with one of our fabric mill partners Leejo, in
South Korea.
Fabrics at their mill have been third-party verified as manufactured with a minimum impact on resources, people, and the environment.
They’re vetted on:
- Using environmentally friendly chemicals
- Carbon emissions
- Efficient water consumption
- Efficient energy consumotion
- Worker health and safety
