We are so confident you’ll love the Pakt One that we guarantee it! When you receive your bag(s), if you’re not 100% satisfied with the design or quality simply send it back for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping fees are non-refundable). We’re pretty sure you’ll be more excited to plan a trip than return it though!


RETURNS

If you would like to return your bag, please send a note to support@paktbags.com with the following information and we will respond with shipping instructions:


  • Name and order number
  • Reason for return


Please note that:

  • Refund requests should be made within 30 days of receipt of your order
  • We will accept returns in unused condition and in original packaging
  • For orders shipped within the U.S., we can provide a return label or you may use your preferred shipping carrier to return your order
  • Orders outside of the U.S. will be responsible for return shipping
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for return processing and refund
  • Refunds will be processed with shipping fees deducted from refund amount


EXCHANGES


Prefer a different color? Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the original package back to us at your expense. Send a note to support@paktbags.com and we will be glad to walk you through next steps.
