Returns Policy

PAKT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

 

We are so confident you’ll love the Pakt One that we guarantee it! When you receive your bag(s), if you’re not 100% satisfied with the design or quality simply send it back for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping fees are non-refundable). We’re pretty sure you’ll be more excited to plan a trip than return it though!


RETURNS

If you would like to return your bag, please send a note to support@paktbags.com with the following information and we will respond with shipping instructions:

  • Name and order number
  • Reason for return

Please note that:

  • Refund requests should be made within 30 days of receipt of your order
  • We will accept returns in unused condition and in original packaging
  • For orders shipped within the U.S., we can provide a return label or you may use your preferred shipping carrier to return your order
  • Orders outside of the U.S. will be responsible for return shipping
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for return processing and refund
  • Refunds will be processed with shipping fees deducted from refund amount

 

 

EXCHANGES

Prefer a different color? Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the original package back to us at your expense. Send a note to support@paktbags.com and we will be glad to walk you through next steps.

 

 

DEFECTS

While we hope your bag is perfect, mistakes can happen. Send a note to support@paktbags.com and we will work with you to make things right.  

 

 

WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind our products with a lifetime guarantee. This covers manufacturing defects, and excessive damage occurring during normal use. Normal wear and tear from everyday use is not covered. We hope your bag is perfect, but if you notice a problem, send a note to support@paktbags.com and we will work with you to make things right.
